Shoden Academy (Pty) Ltd. is a niche IT training company specializing in Storage, Systems Development, IT foundations and the practical applications of skills learned.
The Shoden Academy (Pty) Ltd. was established in February 2007, principally to provide accelerated technical, business, management and entrepreneurial training and education primarily to talented Black graduates with tertiary diplomas in I.T.-related subjects.
It then broadened it scope to include open courses in IT and today the Academy has three business streams:
- Selected IT Courses For corporate organisations who wish to equip their staff with the expertise and vital skills to be at the top-of-the-game , Shoden Academy (Pty) Ltd. has developed specific I.T. and soft-skills courses such as Systems Training, Programming Fundamentals, Information Technology and Hitachi Data Systems courses.
- Technospeak. Improving employee productivity through targeted PC tips and techniques In short ,it is a structured set of web based courses that includes a range of pc tips and Q&A replies that is knowledge based. Modules include: IT topics, pc and file management techniques, web and electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Work Readiness For young black I.T. graduates it provides a solid, experiential, all-rounded workplace readiness career boost. This component is offered to full-time sponsored students over a 2 year skills development and training programme LINK (bursaries)
Shoden Academy (Pty) Ltd. vision is to provide a thorough grounding in both hardware, software , open IT skills, business process and systems skills productivity, leadership and life-orientation skills.
The majority of courses offered are either seeta accredited courses international accreditation.
All learners/ delegates will undergo a assessment after each course.
